I manage a lot of client sites. Is there a plan for that?
The published plans top out at 10 sites. Past that, join the beta and say roughly how many sites and keywords you're tracking. We'd rather work something out with you than watch you buy ten seats.
Something is broken. Where do I report it?
The beta form. Tell us the site, the page you were on, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot saves us both a round trip.
Can you do the SEO work for us?
No. We build the software and stop there. Taking on client work we aren't staffed for would go badly for everyone involved, so we'd rather say so up front.
