The SEO Action Plan: a sorted to-do list of tactics for a site, each with a status and a done/in-progress/to-do breakdown

Most SEO tools hand you 400 problems and wish you luck. Yours arrives sorted, top item first.

SEO Action Plan

One sorted list per site. Start at the top.

A keyword stuck on page two becomes a task. So does a broken canonical, and the link that quietly vanished last month. Twenty tactics, ordered so the first item is the one most likely to move you. You open it and do the top thing. Then the next.

  • Every issue we find arrives with the specific fix
  • Sorted into the 20 tactics that shift rankings
  • One list per site, checked off as you go

Know exactly where you stand.

Every keyword you rank for, its position, and what that traffic would cost you to buy in ads. Plus the snippets and image packs you already hold. This is where the plan gets its evidence.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What people ask before starting a free plan.

How is this different from Ahrefs or Semrush?

They're very good, and they cost $100 to $500 a month because they're built for agencies with staff to run them. We cover rankings, audits and backlinks, then add the part those suites leave to you, which is working out what to fix first. Smaller, cheaper, and it hands you a list.

Is the free plan really free?

It will be. Lite stays $0 once plans go live, with 25 keywords, a full audit and your first action plan. No card, ever, for that tier.

What's the 20-tactic action plan?

Twenty things that reliably shift rankings, from refreshing stale pages to repairing internal links. We map what we find on your site onto those twenty, then sort the result so the top of the list is where to start.

Do I need to be an SEO expert?

No. Each task says what to change and why it matters, in plain words. If you can follow a recipe you can work the plan.

How often is my data updated?

Rankings refresh weekly. Audits and backlink data keep pace, so the plan reflects the site as it stands now rather than how it looked in March.

Your rankings won't fix themselves.
